At JetskiDubrovnik.Com, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the seasonal nature of our business and limited equipment availability, we maintain a structured cancellation policy to ensure fairness to all customers.
1. Deposit Policy
- Non-Refundable Deposits: All booking deposits (30% of the total amount) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Purpose of Deposits: Deposits serve to secure your reservation and compensate for potential lost business when slots are held.
- Proof of Deposit: Always keep your deposit receipt as proof of payment.
2. Rescheduling Options
- Free Rescheduling: Bookings can be rescheduled at no additional cost if requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
- Late Rescheduling: Requests with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to:
- Equipment availability
- €30 rescheduling fee per jet ski
- Possible limited time slot options
- Rescheduling Process: All rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email to info@jetskidubrovnik.com or through our contact form. Please include your booking reference number.
- Rescheduling Limits: Bookings may be rescheduled only once. Further changes will be treated as a new booking.
3. No-Show Policy
- Definition: A "no-show" occurs when a customer fails to arrive for their scheduled booking within 30 minutes of the start time without prior notification.
- Full Payment Required: No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking with no refund provided.
- Late Arrivals: Customers arriving more than 30 minutes late may be considered a no-show, especially during peak season when schedules are tight.

4. Weather-Related Cancellations
- Safety First: In case of severe weather conditions that the Company deems unsafe for jet ski operation, we will not proceed with the scheduled activity.
- Company's Discretion: The determination of unsafe weather conditions is made solely at the Company's discretion based on professional assessment.
- Options Available: In weather-related cancellations, customers may choose between:
- Rescheduling to a later date at no additional cost (subject to availability)
- Receiving a full refund excluding the non-refundable deposit
- Weather Monitoring: We actively monitor weather conditions and will contact you as soon as possible if we anticipate issues with your booking.
- Customer-Initiated Weather Concerns: If you have concerns about weather conditions, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to discuss options.
5. Company Cancellations
- Unforeseen Circumstances: The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to equipment failure, staff illness, or safety concerns.
- Full Refund: In case of a Company-initiated cancellation, a full refund including the deposit will be issued.
- Alternative Options: When possible, we will offer rescheduling options or alternative activities before processing a refund.
- Notification: We will make every effort to notify you of any cancellation as soon as possible via phone and email.
6. Refund Processing
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Documentation: All refunds will be accompanied by an email confirmation with transaction details.
- Partial Participation: No partial refunds will be issued for shortened activities or if customers choose to end their session early.
7. Cancellation Request Procedure
To request a cancellation or rescheduling, please follow these steps:
- Email your request to info@jetskidubrovnik.com or call +385 99 916 7163
- Include your booking reference number, scheduled date/time, and reason for cancellation
- For rescheduling, please suggest alternative dates/times
- Wait for our confirmation email before assuming your request has been processed
Please note that verbal cancellations or rescheduling requests are not considered official until confirmed in writing by our staff.
8. Group Bookings
- Definition: Group bookings are defined as reservations for 3 or more jet skis.
- Special Conditions: Group bookings are subject to a stricter cancellation policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance
- The deposit remains non-refundable
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance
- Partial Cancellations: For partial cancellations within a group booking (e.g., reducing the number of jet skis), the same policy applies to the cancelled portion.
