Booking & Reservations
How do I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation through our website's online booking system, by emailing us at info@jetskidubrovnik.com, or by calling us at +385 99 916 7163. We recommend booking in advance, especially during the peak summer season (June-August).
Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes, all bookings require either a deposit (30% of the total amount) or full payment in advance. Full payment in advance qualifies for a 5% discount on the total price. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of your jet ski experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), online payment platforms, and cash (for in-person payments only). All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance during low season and 1-2 weeks in advance during high season (July-August). For group bookings (3 or more jet skis), we recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead.
Cancellations & Refunds
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits (30% of the total amount) are non-refundable under any circumstances. Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. For full details, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
What happens if the weather is bad?
In case of severe weather conditions that we deem unsafe for jet ski operation, we will contact you to reschedule your booking to a later date at no additional cost, or you may receive a full refund (excluding the deposit). The determination of unsafe weather conditions is made solely at our discretion based on professional assessment.
What if I'm late for my booking?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in and safety briefing. If you're running late, please contact us immediately at +385 99 916 7163. Customers arriving more than 30 minutes late may be considered a no-show, especially during peak season when schedules are tight.
Requirements & Restrictions
What is the minimum age to drive a jet ski?
The minimum age to operate a jet ski is 18 years. Customers must present a valid photo ID when checking in for their booking. Children under 18 may ride as passengers only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Are there any weight or health restrictions?
For safety reasons, there is a maximum weight limit of 150kg (330lbs) per jet ski. Pregnant women and persons with certain medical conditions (heart problems, back issues, etc.) are advised not to participate in jet ski activities. If you have any health concerns, please consult with your physician before booking.
What documents do I need to bring?
You must bring a valid photo ID (passport or national ID card). For security purposes, we may take a copy of your ID and credit card. All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver, equipment condition report, and security deposit authorization form before starting the activity.
Security Deposit & Damage
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a mandatory security deposit of €500 per jet ski is required before service commencement. This deposit will be secured via credit card pre-authorization or cash. It will be fully refunded at the end of the activity if the equipment is returned in the same condition as it was provided.
What happens if I damage the jet ski?
All damage, without exception, will be charged to the customer. Before using the equipment, you will inspect it together with our staff and acknowledge its condition by signing a condition report. Upon return, the equipment will be inspected again. Any damage identified will be documented and charged immediately.
Does your insurance cover damages?
Our company carries commercial liability insurance for certain accidents, but this insurance DOES NOT cover damage caused by customer negligence, reckless behavior, or violation of safety rules. Customers remain fully liable for any damage to the equipment.
The Experience
How long are the jet ski sessions?
We offer various packages including 30-minute, 1-hour, 2-hour, and half-day (4-hour) sessions. The time starts from when you leave our base and includes all the time spent on the water. We recommend at least 1 hour for the best experience.
What should I bring with me?
We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and a change of clothes. A waterproof phone case is useful if you want to take photos. All essential safety equipment, including life jackets, will be provided by us.
Do you provide guided tours?
Yes, we offer guided tours with experienced instructors who will lead you to the best spots around Dubrovnik. These tours are perfect for first-time riders and those unfamiliar with the area. For more experienced riders, we also offer self-guided options within designated safe zones.

Can I take photos/videos during the experience?
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own waterproof camera or phone in a waterproof case. For an additional fee, we also offer waterproof action cameras for rent that can be mounted on the jet ski or on your helmet, allowing you to capture hands-free footage of your adventure.

Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we offer special rates for groups of 3 or more jet skis. Please contact us directly for group pricing and availability. Corporate events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and family reunions are welcome!
Can you arrange hotel pickup?
While we don't provide transportation services directly, we can recommend reliable local transportation options. For larger groups, we can help arrange transportation for an additional fee. Please inquire about this service when making your booking.
